The children’s and secondary school complex of the “Pencho Slaveykov” Regional Library offers reading children and teenagers educational online resources under the heading “Literary Challenges for Children”. The basis is fun games and informative videos – a different and non-standard test of young people’s knowledge about books and authors.

Online edutainment games provide ample opportunity for everyone to instantly engage and be active. Participants have the right to choose from three age categories: 7-10 years, 11-14 years and 15-18 years. The topics of the educational resources are tailored to the children’s interests and combine fun with knowledge.

Children’s curiosity is provoked by visual materials, riddles and games that reach young and old in a fun and interesting way. Following the symbols “Play!” or “Learn!” they can choose a topic, author or genre. The answers to the literary challenges are “hidden” between the pages of certain works, and each wrong answer gives an opportunity for a new “start”, indicates the correct one or refers to the funds of the Children’s and Secondary School Complex.

“Literary challenges” are another opportunity for children and teenagers to learn something new related to favorite books and authors.
