The Thanksgiving Factor: Leadership and Employee Motivation
In the US, Thanksgiving is a national holiday dedicated to expressing gratitude. This class activity at the American Corner explores how recognition influences leadership effectiveness and team motivation. Students will participate in a “Gratitude Wall” activity to acknowledge peers’ contributions and reflect on how expressing thanks can strengthen organizational culture and performance.
Plus, students will know more about the eLibraryUSA, a digital collection of information resources, quality newspapers, magazines, journals, books, dissertations, and award-winning films and videos.
