Usually the participants learn whats expected. We have not evaluated if they make use of their knowledge afterwards
Evaluation of the activity
Sometimes the participants are "good" sometimes the group is very insecure, and difficult to teach
Evaluation of what was learned by the participants
Everyone can turn on the compyter and open a programme
Evaluation of what staff have learned
Be open and be prepared to repeat. Individual help is often necessary

It has been developed over the years - now it works well
Transferability:
We found a program where you learn to navigate the computer mouse - that did improve the workshop. The participants who never had touched a computermouse did get more confident.
