EVALUATION OF ACTIVITY
  Evaluation of the Learning Objectives
Participants were satisfied with the objectives and the content of the workshop
  Evaluation of the activity
All participants left with an email adress. They learned the functions, and succeeded in learning all activities. Small problems in attaching files for some participants.
Evaluation of what was learned by the participants
They understand the concept of a web emailadress, they can access anywhere. It would be possible to offer advanced workshops on the subject.
Evaluation of what staff have learned
It is important to know in advance how much the participants use the internet, and what they know. If they are not skilled, it will take longer to teach the different functions.

ANALYSIS OF EVALUATION
What would you change to improve activity?
Better screening of participants. They have to be at the same level of competence. Plenty of time for hands-on and individual teaching.
What particular circumstance could affect a change in the activity?
  none
  Other possible Activities
One to one teaching at the computer. Advanced workshops
  Best practice
You have to be able to teach in generel. Some of the participants might already have an web email account - and want to learn to use this one in particular. It is not recommended to choose only one webmail.
  Transferability:
It is important that the participants understand, that the webmail is different from the email offered with their internet connection at home.
