  Evaluation of the Learning Objectives
  Every participant learns how to use internet browsers, chat, email tools.
  Evaluation of the activity
  Reasonable good, problems detected on the coordination on working with the mouse synchronizing position on the screen and position on the table. An excess of icons on the screen creates confusion, so browser need to be customized full size screen.
  Evaluation of what was learned by the participants
  The concept of Internet as a cloud the use of Internet as tool and as communication media for saving cost.
  Evaluation of what staff have learned
  The low literacy profile of the participants prevents them to take out the most benefit of all Internet tools. Skype plays an important role since they prefer voice communication over Internet more than email and chat.

  The activity has its limitations due the seniors’ profile. So maybe Youtube applications with laptops with video camera embed could push further the activity and engage more participants.

  Network speed since voice and video need broadband network.
