  Summary/ Description of Activity
  Lesson and talk with a retired psychologist - an expert for psychology of learning. He presented the ways and areas, where seniors can increase or maintain competences through his own experience and knowledge.
  Learning objectives:
  To include a retired expert and to show through his work and experience how seniors can maintain and even increase competences in some specific fields. To show how retired people can upgrade their scientific work. To present a book The psychology of ageing as a result of his work and as a learning material.

EVALUATION OF ACTIVITY
  Evaluation of the Learning Objectives
  The lesson was illustrated with some pictures and examples from the book and a lot of learners put the questions to the tutor. After the lesson there was o long talk about the methods of learning in the old age and senior competences. Learners expressed satisfaction. They asked the tutor about his book and they bought books, too.
  Evaluation of the activity
  The activity fulfilled the expectations of the staff, because the tutor was well prepared and the learners were very active and curious.
  Evaluation of what was learned by the participants
  The participants learned that with the right approach in the learning process they can learn a lot and - most important - that their previous experiences and knowledge is very important for next generations and for their generation too. Any further learning can take place after this kind of meeting.
  Evaluation of what staff have learned
  The staff learned how to prepare place for elderly people (comfort and without distractions). The tutor competences have to be checked in the view of communication with elderly people.
