EVALUATION OF ACTIVITY
  Evaluation of the Learning Objectives
After a certain time group creates a real friendly relationships, which are sometimes maintained outside the group. Expectations of many participants are often exceeded in positive terms.
  Evaluation of the activity
Every start is difficult. In the beginning it is hard to invite people and to create a pleasant atmosphere because there is no sense of belonging to the group.
Evaluation of what was learned by the participants
Many participants regain confidence in human relations, intergenerational solidarity and the possibility of transmission of the knowledge and experiences of the elderly to the younger generation. When the group is formated, different sorts of learning can be organized, depending on interests of the participants.
Evaluation of what staff have learned
The staff learned to respect the elders and their way of life, they learned how to prepare for their own old age, they eliminated prejudices of the old age.
  Keywords

ANALYSIS OF EVALUATION
What would you change to improve activity?
We would give greater emphasis on the importance of voluntary work among young and middle generation.
What particular circumstance could affect a change in the activity?
Lack of volunteers as leaders of groups, inadequate facilities for meetings, non-acceptance in an environment in which the group operates.
  Other possible Activities
Joint excursions, visits of cultural events, help sick members of the group, joint celebrations of holidays ...
  Best practice
  Yes.
  Transferability:
Since the dynamics of the group is a "living thing", it is necessary to constantly adapt each activity and change it to meet the needs and aspirations of individuals.
