| A simple presentation regarding the communication channels was made. The seniors were encouraged to try using different communication cannels in order to acquire new skills. |

| Computers need to be working properly. There must be a high speed Internet connection. |

| The participants learnt how to create their own profiles in different networks – i.e. email account, skype account etc. They learnt how to communicate each other. |

| The staff determined what make difficulties to the seniors in using these kinds of communication channels and which the best way of teaching them is. |
